We want you to love your Sad Nuggie gear, but if you're not 100% satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your Sad Nuggie items.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend keeping your tracking receipt until the return is processed.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
